Superior Paraplanning Services is a Brisbane-based company formed in 2011 by experienced paraplanner Steve Faulkner. Since then, the client base has broadened, with serviced practices in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. Matt Bruhl joined the business as a partner in 2015.​

Our philosophy is to provide high quality, reliable and quality work to the clients we work with. As we are a small, boutique practice and our work is highly sought after, we don't overload our client base. We want to ensure all of the clients we work with always receive the very best service.

Matt Bruhl, paraplanner & business owner
Steve Faulkner has been in the financial services industry for 11 years, including 3 years in Private Bank for a top Australian financial institution. He also has had experience in a small practice of 4 financial planners. He has his Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). His strong experience and industry knowledge makes him well qualified to give superior paraplanning support to your business. He has a high proficiency in COIN, AdviserNETgain and Xplan, including comprehensive financial modelling.
Matt Bruhl has been in the financial services industry for 7 years. He began his career as a Financial Planning assistant for 3 years for a private group with 6 financial planners. During this time, he completed his Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) while learning to complete Paraplanning services. Matt joined as a partner of Superior Paraplanning in August 2015 after doing contract work with Steve for some time and forming a strong working relationship. Matt has an excellent understanding of Paraplanning and Administration roles and has the ability to adapt to the ever-changing industry we are involved in. He has a high proficiency in XPlan and COIN, including comprehensive financial modelling.
